Miranda has been in practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner for 9 years; serving in family practice. Miranda earned her RN from Bryan College of Health Sciences and BSN from Nebraska Wesleyan University. She obtained her MSN and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Creighton University. The focus of her scholarly work was on improving the tracking of quality measures in diabetic patients. Miranda has a passion for education and serves as Clinical Assistant Professor at UNMC College of Nursing, Lincoln campus-educating nurse practitioners in addition to her clinical practice at Hart and Arndt Family Health. Miranda is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Miranda joined Hart and Arndt Family Health in November 2019.
