LeAnn graduated with her master’s as a family practice NP 21 years ago and has worked in various settings including family practice, college and retail health. She graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2014. Throughout her career, she has been a strong patient and advocate for the NP profession. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and served as a state representative from 2009 to 2015. LeAnn has been involved with Hart and Ardnt Family Health since its inception. She is the Director of the DNP program at UNMC and works PT at Hart and Ardnt, seeing patients two days a week.
